Which data do we process?

We process personal data when you use our services or when you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name
  • Address details
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • IP address
  • Internet browser and device type

We do not collect special and/or sensitive personal data from website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without consent, please contact us. We will then delete this information.

Why do we process data?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling your payment
  • Sending our newsletter and/or promotional material
  • Contacting you when this is necessary to carry out our services
  • Informing you about changes to our services and products
  • Giving you the option to create an account
  • Delivering goods and services to you

We do not make decisions on matters that could have (significant) consequences for people based on automated processing. We do use computer programs and systems to carry out our services.

How long is the data stored?

We do not store your personal data longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collect the data. We apply a retention period of six months.

Is my data sold?

We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share your data if this is necessary to carry out our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf we conclude a processing agreement, to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing activities.

Do we use cookies?

We use cookies and similar techniques. These are small text files that are stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone during your first visit to our website. We use functional, analytical and tracking cookies to make the website work properly, to remember your preferences and to optimise the website.

We also use third-party cookies, such as those from advertisers and social media companies, to offer tailored content and advertisements. We asked for your consent to place cookies when you first visited our website. If you wish to opt out of cookies, you can do so by adjusting the settings of your internet browser.

Can I manage my personal data?

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data.

If you wish, you can submit a request to have the personal data we hold about you sent to you or to another organisation in a computer file. To make sure that the access request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document.

Please note: in this copy, black out the following details to protect your privacy:

  • Passport photo
  • MRZ (machine readable zone)
  • Passport number
  • Citizen service number (BSN)

Is my data secured?

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
